tires and flowers

This is the front of the flyer I just made for a 3 day sustainable urban design workshop where items and furniture will be constructed using recycled materials. Tires, for the most. So I imagined a tire flourishing into a new life :)

miss no

Miss No is a shrewish tiny woman who always says no. No matter what you ask, she says no. "Can I help you?" "No." "Do you like cherries?" "No." "Oh, but you're wearing one!" "No." "What's your name?" "No." And so on. Nobody knows why she does this way, but it's ok :)
Miss No is 20x25 cm, acrylic on canvas board.

bubble #32

Uh this song! :) I was a young dj and electropop was all around. I don't know how many times I've played it (and so the entire album) : can't believe my vinyl still looks as new. Anyway, in my opinion it is one of the best examples of cover. Yes, because not everyone knows that this song was not written by Fischerspooner themselves, but by Wire in 1979. I like the original as well and I think it was absolutely futuristic for the time, but I'm fonder of the cover that is a little piece of my life :)

the 4/4 man

In italian, l'omino in quattro quarti, is an old friend: he helps me keeping the tempo when I'm djing :)
